Covering a variety of atmospheres and clienteles, this restaurant group ranges far and wide through the cuisines of the world – traditional and modern British, Italian, French and Asian included – in some of the best restaurants London and beyond has to offer.
You will be a senior generalist HR expert who has an innovative and creative approach, a leader and hands on manager for the people and development team encompassing recruitment, learning and development and HR support team. You will be working closely with the Director of People to focus on Generalist HR with a focus on organisational development, L&D and Recruitment.
You will have partnered a population within the retail or hospitality space, ideally within a large matrix organisation, and been responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You’ll need to be super organised, highly collaborative, resilient, and have dealt with passionate stakeholders.
5 days per week in the office - London
Might require some travel but rarely in the post covid world - Team of 6 in HR
